Return and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the procedure for returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed through our online shop.
1. Return Registration
Returns must be registered by email within 14 days of the delivery date and approved by us in advance (RMA procedure).
2. Conditions for Return
A return is generally only possible if the goods are unused, complete, fully functional, and sent back in the original packaging.
3. Exclusions from Return and Refund
- Installed or commissioned devices
- Goods with signs of use or missing components
- Custom-made, individual, and project orders
- Hygiene or consumable articles, as far as legally excluded
4. Return Process
After approval, you will receive further information about the return shipment. Please package the goods securely for transport and include all relevant documents.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The buyer generally bears the return shipping costs. In the case of demonstrably defective goods or incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a return shipping label.
6. Inspection and Refund
After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will typically be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method. Shipping and additional costs will only be refunded if the error is attributable to us.
7. Damaged or Defective Goods
Please report any damages or defects immediately with photos, order number, and a brief description. After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution (e.g., replacement, repair, reduction, or refund).
8. Cancellations
A cancellation is generally only possible before shipment. After shipment, the provisions of this return and refund policy apply.
