Shipping Policy (Germany)

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our online shop. It governs the delivery area, delivery times, shipping costs, delivery methods, and handling of transport damages.

1. Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively within Germany.

2. Processing Times and Delivery Deadlines

The processing time is generally 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. The delivery time depends on availability, product type, and shipping method.

  • Stock items: usually 1–3 business days
  • Non-stock items: depending on availability, usually up to 10 business days
  • Oversized/pallet shipping: usually 2–7 business days, depending on appointment coordination

All information on delivery times are approximate and should not be understood as guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery

Depending on the product, shipping is carried out by parcel service, freight forwarder, or our own delivery team. For large, heavy, or sensitive equipment, notification or appointment coordination may be required.

4. Shipping Costs and Additional Services

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, delivery address, and shipping method. Additional costs may arise, in particular for scheduled delivery, liftgate service, island or special delivery, as well as difficult delivery conditions.

5. Partial Deliveries and Non-Availability

We are entitled to make reasonable partial deliveries. In case of delivery delays or non-availability, we will inform you immediately and offer an appropriate solution (e.g., subsequent delivery, substitute product, or refund).

6. Transfer of Risk and Transport Damage

Please inspect the goods for visible damage upon delivery and, if possible, document it directly with the delivery person. Report obvious transport damages immediately to our support team, stating the order number and providing meaningful photos.

7. Assembly and Installation Instructions

If assembly services are offered or agreed upon, the scope and costs arise from the respective product description or individual agreement.
