3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded only upon our acceptance (e.g., order confirmation or shipping confirmation).

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices shown in the shop at the time of the order apply. Shipping and, if applicable, other additional costs are shown separately at checkout.

5. Delivery and Availability

Delivery is made exclusively within Germany. Additionally, our shipping policy provisions apply.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Returns, Withdrawal, and Refunds

Our return and refund policy applies additionally to returns and refunds. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. Liability for damages exists within the framework of legal provisions.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies excluding the UN Sales Convention. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Mannheim.
